1. Start your 14-day trial – no card needed, all features on.
2. Connect a channel (Settings → Connections). We import 12 months of order history (24 optional).
3. Map warehouses: each channel location points to a warehouse (a pool of stock). Set the Sales, Stock and Purchase orders switches.
4. Check products: link channel SKUs to master products; set pack quantities for bundles (an Amazon 2-pack draws 2 units).
5. Suppliers and lead times: one supplier per product with unit cost in its currency, lead time in parts (manufacturing, shipping, customs, receiving), MOQ and case pack.
6. Open Replenishment to see stockout and order-by dates and suggested orders. Settings inherit: account default → supplier → group → product.
