Unlimited users on all plans. Settings → Team → Invite. Roles: Owner (billing), Admin, Buyer (create/send POs), Viewer. Invites expire after 7 days and only work for the invited email. Removing someone ends their sessions immediately. Agencies/3PLs can be given access to client accounts with their own login.
